1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide When you register, enquire, use our services, or submit forms, we may collect your name, company name, mobile number, email address, job title, financial or business information, uploaded files and attachments, API keys, and system connection configuration. 1.2 Information collected automatically When you access the platform, we may collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, login time, usage activity, system clicks and operation logs, cookies, and session data. 1.3 Information from third-party sources We may receive data from payment platforms, CRM systems, ERP systems, WhatsApp API, Lark / Feishu, Google login, and Meta / Facebook advertising systems.

2. Purposes of Use

We use your information to provide services such as system deployment, AI Agent services, ERP / CRM functions, finance workflows, and automation flows. We may also use information for system optimization, including AI model improvement, feature enhancement, bug fixes, and performance analysis. For security, information may be used for risk monitoring, permission verification, fraud prevention, and audit records. For support, information may be used for technical support, ticket handling, client communication, and system notifications.

3. Data Storage and Security

We may use AWS, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, and Lark Cloud for data processing and storage. Security measures may include HTTPS/TLS encryption, IAM permission control, database access restrictions, MFA, log monitoring, and automated backups. We retain data only for necessary periods, including legal requirements, financial records, system audits, and service performance.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority; when needed for service integrations such as payment gateways, WhatsApp API, or cloud service providers; or during business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or company restructuring.

5. AI and Automation Notice

AGA is an AI Native enterprise system platform. You understand and agree that some functions may be processed automatically by AI, AI may analyze business workflows and data, AI outputs are for decision support only, and users must review important content themselves. We will not use client data to publicly train models without authorization.

7. User Rights

You may request to access data, correct data, delete data, export data, restrict processing, or withdraw authorization. Contact support@aga.my.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Because the system may use international cloud services, your data may be processed in different countries. We will take reasonable measures to protect data security.

9. Children

This platform is not directed to children under 13. If we discover that such data was collected by mistake, we will delete it.
